In order for us to serve you effectively, you must place your order on our Web site and select from several options and channels we have available for you.

At this time, we do not offer COD, wire or bank transfer options.

Credit Card (Pay on-line)

For the fastest service, place your order on our Web site and select the On-line Credit Card option to use our secure Web site. We accept the following major credit cards:

If you have a debit card/bank card, please note: depending on your bank, an authorization on your card “holds” the funds and the amount authorized is not accessible to you.

When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the transaction is processed.

With most financial institutions, they will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Check or Money Order

Check/Money Orders accepted on orders shipping to United States addresses only. Payments received for orders shipping outside the United States will not be accepted. Please note that we will hold checks in excess of $250 for 7 business day’s before processing.

1. Place your order on-line and select the Pay By Cheque option.

2. After you’ve completed your order, print 2 copies of the Mail Order Form – 1 copy for your records and 1 copy to be mailed with your check or money order.

3. Make checks payable to: The Art of Poncho, Inc.

4. Write your Order # on the check or money order and enclose it with a copy of the Mail Order Form.
